Bookings may be done by telephone or even better by e-mail. On booking, you incur a legally binding contract. With your booking you will have to make a 30% down payment of the full rent, within 5 working days. If we receive the down payment later, we cannot give any guarantee for your booking. After the down payment, you will obtain a receipt from us. The remaining 70% of the complete rent will be payable on moving into the apartment here. Cancellations have to be done in writing, the guest having to make sure that the cancellation will reach us. For cancelling up to 3 months before the booked date we only charge 15%. If cancellation takes place on a later date, 30% will be charged. If your cancellation should take place less than 10 days before booked date, or guests would not show up, the complete price will be charged. Of course, we will accept a substitute who would definitely take over the whole contract.
