The Apartments

• The very spacious apartments have either one or two bedrooms, each of them with a bathroom. The kitchen, living- and dining-rooms with a fireplace are on the ground floor that opens onto a terrace with a beautiful view to the sea near the horizon. Due to its closeness to the natural springs of the Roman Bath of Caldas de Monchique, Quinta no Estaço has its own high quality spring water.

• Accommodation and Facilities
  3 Apartments (sleeps 2 – 3 persons)
  3 Apartments (4 persons). The Quinta consists of 3 houses: in the house above the swimming pool there are three apartments T1 and one T2, next to it is the owner’s house. Below the pool there is another, bright house with the two biggest apartments of the complex. By the pool you will find parasols and sunbeds. The children’s pool enjoys the agreeable penumbra of a cork oak. In the ample terraced garden we have many idyllic spots with olive trees, orange and fig trees. And from many places there is the view of the Serra de Monchique. Even in winter you can spend lovely relaxing days here, a gas floor heating and a fireplace will ensure this (firewood provided by the owner). And in case you can’t do without: there is a television set, with a satellite dish …

• Apartment 75m²
  75m², on the top floor a bedroom with terrace and bathroom, beds with mosquito nets. Downstairs the living-room has a fireplace and a big sofa, dining area and an open, fully equipped kitchen. Terrace with green area.
• Apartment 90m²
  90m², division like in T1, but with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Terrace with green area.
• Apartment 120m²
  120m², near the pool, all on one floor, more spacious than the above apartments. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, big terrace with green area.
